What are your ordering options?

What are your Allentown, PA shoe store hours and phone number? 
National Footwear Work and Safety Shoe Center is located in the Tilghman Square Shopping Center 4626 Broadway, Allentown, PA 18104. The store is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, Sunday CLOSED . Local customers phone 1-610-398-3900 (Store is located Near Harbor Freight Tools).

Do you provide a receipt or invoice? 
Once your order has been processed with our customer service department, National Footwear will email a complete printable receipt/invoice to you which will contain all the information including your name, as well as a full description of product purchased. All Safety Toe Footwear CERTIFIED SAFETY TOE RATED ASTM F2413 (This document can be used for employee reimbursement or tax purposes.)

What methods of payment do you accept? 
Our Website accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also accept PayPal.

What are your shipping methods? 
National Footwear currently offers free standard ground Federal Express shipping service for MOST footwear orders shipped within the continental USA. 

Other Shipment Methods Available: 
Express Air Service (3-6 Business Day) FED EX>$ 16.00 (Express Air additional per pair charge is $ 12.00.) 
Rush Air Service (2-4 Business Day) FED EX $ 24.00 (Rush Air additional per pair charge is $ 12.00.) 
Urgent Air Service (1-2 Business Day) FED EX $ 45.00 (Urgent Air additional pair charge is $ 15.00.) 
US Postal Service Priority Mail $ 14.00 (US Postal Service Priority Mail additional per pair charge is $ 10.00.) 
US Postal Service Priority Mail APO / FPO / AE $ 15.00 (US Postal Service Priority Mail additional per pair charge is $ 10.00.) 
US Customs Forms will be filled out by our Company for this service when necessary.

NOTE: RETURNED FOOTWEAR SHIPPED TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, WRONG ADDRESS OR REFUSED. "UNDELIVERABLE" WILL INCUR A $ 14.00 FEE FOR THE FIRST PAIR AND $ 8.00 EACH ADDITIONAL PAIR.

Over Seas Ordering: 
To order from abroad please begin by contacting our customer service at CustomerService@NationalFootwear.com. Once you have established your intentions of ordering, we can then check availability of product to you, as well as your actual shipping charges before you order. We suggest you use the Postal Service to mail your order as well as payment for security purposes. 

Note due to license agreements, certain footwear is not available for exporting. You will be notified if your order can not be shipped.

Over Seas Shipping: 
National Footwear will be happy to process any order capable of shipping Over Seas via the method of your choice. US Postal Service as a rule is the most economical. There will be a charge consistent with actual shipping and handling charges applied via the US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS or any other courier. We except Major Credit Cards as PAYMENT for over seas orders, but National Footwear reserves the right to request Bank or American Express Money Order as payment in certain cases. 

*Please note in this instance a return requesting a refund, your refund would be the entire purchase less your original shipping and handling charges. In this instance EXCHANGES WILL BE SHIPPED AND INCUR SHIPPING CHARGES.

What is your return policy? 
Return Policy for orders shipped via "Free Shipping": If you are not satisfied with the style, size, quality, comfort, or fit of your purchase, you may return the new, unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receiving them, for an exchange for the correct size, or a refund. Worn defective shoes must be returned as soon as the defect in workmanship or materials appears and will be repaired, replaced or adjusted on the basis of wear received. In this instance EXCHANGES will be shipped free of charge. 

Return Policy for orders shipped via "Customer Paid Shipping "Air or US Postal": When required for National Footwear to reship in same manner, shipping and handling charges will again apply. *Please note in this instance a return requesting a refund, your refund would be the entire purchase less your shipping charges.
